UC Merced Sustainability has a presence on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The campus community garden also has a presence on Facebook and is a platform used to provide educational material on gardening.

All LEED-certified buildings on campus display plaques that highlight the LEED certification level of the building and explain UC Merced's Triple Zero Pledge. The plaques also feature sustainability highlights of the building.

In the academic year, 2019-2020 the office of sustainability energize college fellow intern created a digital map that highlights UC Merced's campus sustainability. The mobile-friendly application allows users to view the sustainability features of UC Merced. It also contains resources that students can utilize. For example, they can use the app to find water stations and free food, bicycle racks, as well office locations. The map provides overall ease of use to identify sustainability features on campus.
