A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):
The Director of Sustainability and EcoReps have presented at New Student Orientation (NSO). Sustainability is also referenced in other presentations throughout the day specifically within the context of wellness, and its importance to our campus. There is also a tabling session within NSO where EcoReps participate in providing information on sustainability to new and incoming students. Additionally, campus sustainability highlights are included in both campus and housing unit NSO tours. The New Student Orientation includes both incoming and transfer students.
EcoReps provide information on sustainability at the Graduate Orientation Week Resource Fair (GROW).
