A brief description of the graduation pledge program:
Graduating seniors are not given a pledge. However, incoming students are asked to take a pledge to abide by the UC Merced Principles of Community, which include, “We encourage health and wellness and strive to develop a sense of environmental responsibility and stewardship among all the members of our community.”
