A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
The UC Merced Human Resources department offers training to all staff. Titles of workshops offered include: Cultural Diversity, Diversity Application Strategies, Generational Diversity, and Legal Foundations of Diversity. They also offer a Diversity Certificate Program.
