Telecommuting arrangements at UC Merced are recognized as an opportunity to promote productivity and employee satisfaction and contribute to the overall functioning of the department. UC Merced's approach includes guidelines to help departmental managers and supervisors develop employee telecommuting arrangements that are equitable, clearly understood, and to the benefit of the department.
