A brief description of the program:
Yes, though there is not a dollar amount or percentage preference given, we limit our sourcing for select commodities to local sources only. Printing is an example of that. We also host a “Building Local Partnerships” event (this is our fourth year) as an outreach and education tool (for ourselves and other local agencies) to foster business relationship opportunities in the local community.
