A supplier has had their trademark license suspended due to a violation of the vendor code of conduct. Vendor Environmental and Social responsibility is an evaluated criterion in campus contract awards. In addition, the following clause is added to all Campus Purchasing contracts/purchase orders: “Environmental Sustainability:
Whenever possible, contractor should make every reasonable effort to use environmentally preferable products, methods, equipment, packaging and transportation and is responsible for proper disposal or materials in an environmentally responsible manner.”
