A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:
UCLA is subject to the California State Water Resources Control Board’s MS4 Small Non-Traditional Permit which covers the entire campus. UCLA complies with all policies regarding green infrastructure and LID practices set forth within this permit. California has highly stringent standards.

A brief description of the institution’s rainwater management policy, plan, and/or guidelines that supports the responses above:
UCLA is subject to two storm water permits issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board: 1) The Industrial General Permit (IGP) covers UCLA’s two industrial facilities (designated by SIC code) - the CoGen plant and the Transit yard; 2) The MS4 Small Non-Traditional Permit covers the remainder of the campus. UCLA complies with all policies within both of the permits, including monitoring for pollutants during dry and wet weather, and developing and implementing education and outreach of storm water-related materials for the campus population.
