Yes

A brief description of the bicycle sharing program:
UCLA launched it's Bruin Bike Share program in 2017 with 130 smart bikes across 18 campus hub locations. The program encourages short trips with affordable pricing for UCLA students and employees. In 2018, UCLA regionalized the program with the cities of Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood to provide it's bike share riders seamless use of bikes across 135+ hubs with access to more than 850 bikes.

UCLA Transportation coordinates with Zipcar to place the carsharing company’s vehicles in convenient locations for members of the campus community to use (assuming they have a Zipcar account). In addition, employees who commute via alternative transportation are given a Zipcar account where the membership fee is covered by UCLA Transportation, and 4 free hours of Zipcar usage are given per month.

There are 11 Level 2 Charging Stations on campus with 2 ports each, for a total capacity of 22 electric vehicles to charging on campus each day. These stations are accessible to students, employees and visitors.

A brief description of other programs or initiatives to encourage more sustainable modes of transportation and/or reduce the impact of student and employee commuting:
UCLA incentivizes graduate students and employees to trade in their parking permits by providing a new commuter bike package. Eligible participants agree to commit to forego or trade-in a parking permit for two years. Included with the bike are safety resources such as helmet, lights, locks and bike registration.
