EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential service available to UCI employees as well as their dependents. This program is administered by Cascade Centers, an EAP provider since 1978, with oversight from UCI Human Resources.
All of the services provided under the EAP are available by a single point of contact via a toll-free telephone number, 24/7. Callers need to identify their connection to the University of California, Irvine as either an employee or a dependent of an employee. Multilingual counselors are available. Services include, but are not limited to, clinical services, personal and financial services, and work/family life services.
UCI LIVING WELL - EMPLOYEE WORKLIFE & WELLNESS PROGRAM
The mission of the UCI Employee Wellness Program, UCI LivingWell, is to educate and empower the campus community to improve and maintain overall health and well-being and to advocate for a campus-wide culture of wellness. UC Irvine was named a Platinum Level Fit-Friendly Company by the American Heart Association 2011-2013 in recognition of the campus' ongoing efforts to provide a culture of wellness for its employees.
The UCI LivingWell program includes:
