These numbers are taken from the 2012 UCI Transportation Habits Survey (representing undergraduate students) and describe the mode split for the average day at UCI. This is an academic survey that was administered through a partnership among the UCI Institute for Transportation Studies, the Anteater Express (campus shuttle), and Transportation and Distribution Services.
