This policy is the basis for establishing unique sustainability criteria in bid documents for systemwide agreements. Environmental responsibility and sustainable practices are considered in the quality portion of the bid evaluation. Systemwide agreements are monitored and require a quarterly review by the vendor. Compliance with all bid requirements are addressed during the quarterly review.
