All seafood purchased and served on campus is MSC-certified. The University of Calgary, through its contract with Aramark, are committed to sourcing sustainable fish and seafood certified by the Marine Stewardship Council, which is harvested to ensure healthy oceans and to safeguard seafood supplies for the future.
