A brief description of the water metering employed:
Water metering at the University is used for utility tracking, water management and to raise awareness to the community about water use. Monitoring of these meters is done centrally through our enterprise system. Approximately 70% of the University of Calgary buildings are equipped with domestic water meters to meter single buildings or groups of buildings.
