A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
We continue to partner with Chartwells in purchasing and promoting local, seasonal produce and products, as available in the regional food system. Seafood is currently purchased according to sustainable standards. All coffees, teas, and chocolate offered at campus vendors are certified Fair Trade as of February 2013.
