Does the institution use a centralized energy management system that allows it to track energy consumption and performance in multiple buildings in a central location?:
Yes

A brief description of the management system:
A centralized energy management system is used at the U of C. This system has just been upgraded to a new automated system. Electricity, heating, cooling, and water used in all of the buildings on Main Campus can be tracked in the centralized system. The system allows the U of C to archive each building’s energy use, benchmark building performance, and identify when a building is under performing. The EMS provides interactive “dashboard” which allows users of varying permission levels to access certain information based on their permission levels.
