The UBC Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) offers support to staff and faculty members through the provision of confidential counseling services, as well as resources and preventive services in areas such as parenting, elder care, financial, legal, health, and nutrition.

CROSS-CAMPUS PARTNERSHIPS
UBC emphasizes cross-campus partnerships with accomplished faculty members, graduate students, and community members to promote faculty and staff wellbeing, while simultaneously showcasing faculty research. Partnerships include the Men’s Health Research Program, Department of Psychology, Cancer Prevention Centre, School of Kinesiology, and Student Health Services.
CANADIAN MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION
UBC works with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) on mental health prevention and early intervention programs, with the goal of increasing mental health literacy along a learning continuum.
