The UBC Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) offers support to staff or faculty members through confidential counseling services, caregiver services, life planning services, and health management services.
Services include:
• Counseling services
• New parent services
• Childcare and parenting support services
• Elder and family care services
• Financial advisory service
• Legal advisory service
• Pre-retirement services
• Smoking cessation program
• Shift worker support
• E-learning courses
• Career counseling
• Nutrition counseling
• Lunchtime workshops
UBC'S Health Promotion Programs (HPP) team is also actively involved in the creation of a safe community that encourages employee health.
