Yes

A brief description of the program:

re-use it! UBC is designed to facilitate the reuse of low value goods between departments on campus and to minimize the number of reusable items from entering the waste stream. re-use it! UBC is a one year pilot program and was developed in partnership between UBC Supply Management, Building Operations and the Campus Sustainability Office. The website has over 570 registered members as of May 2011. The success of this one-year pilot will be evaluated in September 2011, using cost savings, waste diversion, number of registered members and qualitative feedback as indicators for success. If deemed successful, the pilot is expected to expand to include UBC's student population and residential community members.
