Supply Management worked directly with UBC's current paper supplier to ensure all paper ordered by UBC is a minimum of 30% post-consumer waste content and to have automatic substition of 30% recycled paper in lieu of virgin. UBC promotes this directive via the Supply Management website, UBC Sustainable Purchasing Guide (http://sustain.ubc.ca/sites/default/files/uploads/pdfs/PrintingAndPaper.pdf), and through the Sustainability Coordinators Toolkit (http://www.sustain.ubc.ca/campus-sustainability/purchase-recycled-paper).
