Any employee who has completed the course and volunteers can become an employee educator and lead a discussion group.

The UALR Sustainability Committee provides opportunities for all staff to engage in professional development in sustainability. Each semester, the Committee hosts a 5-hour discussion group using the Sustainable Systems at Work curriculum.

The discussion course is led by a past participant who has completed the course in a previous semester.
