Students have access to wellness coaching through wellness.uark.edu. It's a simple process for them to get access to counseling within the same day.

The University of Arkansas Employee Assistance Program has been in place for 10 years. The University's wellness program is administered by OnLife Health, and helps to improve the health of our employees through small changes that will become a new, easy to maintain, positive lifestyle through a health coach program via email, online and phone. The University also offers employees (and employee spouses) enrolled in University of Arkansas health insurance the opportunity to take a health assessment and have biometric screenings done annually.
