A video is shown during the University of Arkansas New Employee Orientation that explains the University's commitment to sustainability and how it is each person's responsibility to do their part to meet that commitment.

Employees are also provided an overview of campus recycling programs during the orientation.

All new hires also take a training on sustainable transportation options on OU Campus.
