Food Buy tracks purchasing and reports it back to Compass/Chartwells corporate. The percentage above does not include eggs or dairy.

Vegan foods are offered in each of the food courts and food items are labeled by attribute.

Adhering to the 2015 10% reduction in purchasing of red meat. Our locations are serving more Tyson chicken (locally purchased) and sustainably caught seafood as compared to last year.
