The UA Sustainability Academic Program provides buy-out time and support for development of Tier 1 and Tier 2 sustainability courses. This program supports faculty in multiple disciplines or departments to develop new sustainability courses and/or incorporate sustainability into existing courses.

The UA Undergraduate minor and graduate certificate in sustainability create the platform for course development across colleges. Students can use those courses as part of their technical electives, driving demand for new subject matter.
