Human Resources conducts diversity sensitivity training; the Center for Multicultural and Diversity Education facilitates diversity programs to enlighten the campus community about diverse issues.

ACT Academy – help high schools tackle the ACT and answer their questions about college admissions, academics and campus life. I-Connect: is a year-long program which gives underrepresented students a comprehensive introduction to the University of Arkansas. Silas Hunt and Razorback Bridge - Awarded to students from under-represented communities who have demonstrated outstanding academic leadership qualities and potential.

College Access Initiative conducts college readiness training for parents at targeted schools.

Students, Faculty, and Staff go to targeted schools with the demographic of students to recruit and speak about the University of Arkansas and college readiness.

Academic Enrichment Program - mentoring program specifically designed to support underrepresented students as they transition to the University.

Federal Work Study Program- provides work opportunities for low-income students to hep pay for school and related expenses.

The Arkansas Alumni Association, through the Black Alumni Society, works to continue the kinship found at the university through special events, reunions and scholarship programs that have a direct impact on students who follow in their footsteps.
