The UA has implemented a fully-electric, mechanized mobility car sharing service based primarily on low speed electric vehicles (LSEV), thus one of the greenest forms of motorized mobility in the world. The University of Arkansas is a participant in a living laboratory which seeks to reinvent urban mobility. The benefits of this may include:
-Repatriation of transport dollars to the local economy
-An innovative and effective campus alternative transport system, aiding the UA Climate Action Plan
-Traffic and parking facility reductions
-Enhanced environmental branding for Fayetteville and the UA
