A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:

The Employee Assistance Program has been in place for 10 years. The UA employee health plan offers a "Choose Well Program" for health plan participants. The campus is tobacco free. Walking trails have been built on campus, and employees are eligible for discounts to on-campus exercise facilities.
Also, employees have the opportunity to participate in the "Fitness for Fun" Program offered every semester, which offers a full pre & post fitness diagnosis and a personalized training prescription.
