A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
Facilities Management, Athletics and Housing have developed five energy savings performance contracts over the past four years, totaling $52 million in energy conservation investments across campus, without a single dollar coming from maintenance, capitol improvements, or other campus budget centers. Gauranteed energy savings of $4 million/yr will be paid in 12 years. FY10 emissions for scope 1 and for scope 2 are lower than FY09.
