Two student interns were hired through conventional announcements of availabiltiy of work-study positions.

The Student educators were trained in 90 minute sessions on the approach and rules of RecycleMania, and of its history over the past three years on our campus. They learned of the roles and responsibilities of Razorback Recycling and of private solid waste contractors.

Two quarter-time staffers work exclusively on RecycleMania from January through April on this project. The Office for Campus Sustainability provides $1000 in prize money for residence halls that perform the best.
