The employees that do not receive a living wage are temporary, on-call, graduate assitants (GAs), or student employees, both part time and full time.The rate is not annualized, it’s the hourly rate the institutution pays.

Any employee working 20 or more hours per week for 90 days or more is offered employer-sponsored medical and dental insurance and is automatically enrolled in $15,000 of life insurance. After 20 weeks, employees must enroll in mandatory retirement plans and receive long-term disability insurance, after 6 months they receive full benefits, as described above.
