In 2021, the University of Arizona released a  Diversity Strategic Plan for campus based on annual data collected by University Analytics and Institutional Research (UAIR). This data was used to conduct an initial assessment of the university and individual colleges/departments. The assessment includes the experiences of both employees and students. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion works with each college, administrative unit, and division to gather data, including student and employee (faculty and staff) outcomes related to diversity and equity, such as enrollment. retention, and graduation rates for underrepresented groups. https://diversity.arizona.edu/data-and-reports
