The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) is responsible for programs, policies, and resources related to diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus https://equity.arizona.edu/. The office provides trainings for students and staff on diversity, inclusion, sexual harassment, and more. In addition, they work to help connect people with other campus resources including academic, emotional, or peer support along with others. The OIE is also responsible for responding to reports of harassment or discrimination on campus. Reports can be made through their website anonymously and the office will ten open an investigation into the issue.

Destination Arizona is an introduction to campus and college life that every incoming freshman is required to complete. As a part of this orientation, students watch videos and presentations from the OIE about sexual harassment, diversity, inclusion, and the university's overall commitment to equity. Can be found here: https://equity.arizona.edu/training-education/destination-arizona. As for staff training, every employee of the University goes through a "Preventing Harassment and Discrimination" training as a part of onboarding. Additionally, staff and faculty are also provided a "Sexual Assault Awareness" training, madatory as well. Other programs and activities include the Bias Education & Support Team (BEST), Cultural Resource Centers, Disability Resource Center, Faculty Affinity Groups, Oasis Survivor Support, annual events for things such as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and more.
