A brief description of the institution's initiatives to replace plumbing fixtures, fittings, appliances, equipment, and systems with water-efficient alternatives:

The University's Facilities Management department has a program to systematically replace plumbing fixtures (toilets, urinals) with high efficiency replacement that meet or exceed the standards of the local utility and WaterSense listing as resources are available. Projects are undertaken using the university's Utility Modification Revolving Fund and via grants from the Campus Sustainability Fund, as well as with department resources when available.
