We first looked at multiple inventory books from various locations and seperated them into which items we get from which vendor. In order to figure out if the items were sustainably and ethnically sourced and produced, we researched each individual item.
In order to account for seasonal variation, especially with the fruit and vegetables our inventory book stay the same year round regardless of seasonal variation.
