A brief description of the child care program, policy, or practice:

UA Life and Work Connections, a section of Human Resources Division, offers a tax qualified childcare voucher program to faculty, staff and students. In addition to vouchers, the University of Arizona has a sick child program that has a visiting nurse for the child. Flexible spending accounts for Dependent Care are available for employees to use. Lastly, flexible work arrangements are encouraged for employees with children.
