A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:

The University of Arizona's Blue Chip is offered to all undergraduate students for development of leadership skills including courses on cultural competence trainings and activities.

Additionally, through UA's other leadership programs such as EQUISS and ATLAS, students have the opportunity to learn how to be socially just leaders.
