There are a plethora of studies used for studying diversity and equity policy at the University if Arizona. Campus Climate studies have been administered as have more specific studies for specific groups.

A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:

Campus Diversity Reports are used to determine the current climate on campus for specific student and employee groups. The results of these reports inform University administration as to what the campus needs to improve diversity and access to the University of Arizona.

Most recent reports have focused on the needs and experiences of the Hispanic/Latino Community and the LGTBQ Community. Areas for improvement in diversity are also reflected in the University of Arizona Strategic Plan.
