A brief description of the program:
Corral areas are set up outside of each residence hall and La Aldea apartments where students can deposit their cardboard and Styrofoam. Volunteers and staff collect cardboard and Styrofoam from all the halls/apartments as people move in. Residents moving in are encouraged to remove all packaging materials, especially the plastic film around many boxes that is not recyclable at UA.

The program collected over 11 tons of cardboard, almost 2 tons of paper, and 11,475 gallons of Styrofoam.
