A brief description of the garden:

The One Tree Garden located at the Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy is designed to be a crop garden while providing natural aesthetic value to the Udall Center. The garden produces corn, tomatoes, beans, beets and squash.

Another organic garden is under development. This garden is intended to produce crops that could be sold at UA Student Unions.
