Does the institution have indoor and secure bike storage, shower facilities, and lockers for bicycle commuters in at least one building?:
Yes

A brief description of the facilities:

The University of Alberta has secure, covered bicycle lock-up cages located in the Education Car Park. Users may purchase monthly or yearly permits from Parking Services at a cost of $10 per month. Shower facilities and lockers are located next door. The Van Vliet Centre available to all full-time students, faculty and staff who hold a valid ONEcard (the University of Alberta’s identification card). These lockers may be used free daily or may be rented for a nominal fee.

In the summer of 2014, UAlberta expanded covered bike storage with the installation of a facility in the Stadium Park Park. It occupies 2 car stalls and will provide facilities for 30 bicycles. This location is very secure because it is located adjacent to the car park booth attendant and controls access via a locked gate entry. The proximity to a staffed booth and access to the elevator and climate-controlled pedway system facilitates an interior connection to adjacent buildings housing shower facilities and lockers.
