A brief description of the composting or mulching program:
All mowers have a mulch kit, which allows UAlberta to grass-cycle trimmings. Landscaping waste such as branches and leaves are collected and sent to a local composting facility.
The percentage of landscape waste that is mulched or composted onsite includes all grass clippings, but a percentage is difficult to estimate.
