NORTH CAMPUS

On North Campus, University Dining Services at the Lister Centre dining hall has vegan options available for every meal. Menus are available on their website.
AUGUSTANA CAMPUS
When the students start the year, they submit their dietary restrictions to the Food Services Supervisor and are given a card indicating that they are vegan. They must display their card when they go through the buffet which Includes a salad bar with assorted beans and fresh vegetables and a variety of hot meal options such as tofu, vegetarian burgers, falafel, vegetarian hot dogs, spinach lasagna, quinoa, etc. Almond milk is in a separate fridge so they can help themselves.
