A brief description of the trayless dining program:
Trayless dining has been implemented for two full years at our Augustana Campus’ dining hall, the only dining facility on our campuses that offers an "All You Care to Eat" dining program. Aside from preventing food waste, the program also saves a significant amount of water and money by avoiding the cost of washing trays.
