Diversity and equity are core values at our institution and OMAD is here to ensure that the rich contributions each individual brings forth, are expanded through inclusion, equal opportunities, and through academic achievement for all."

Ana Richards oversees all of the activities performed by OMAD, organizes events, schedules office use time for the various clubs that use this space, and sits on the Diversity Committee at UAF. She is responsible for many of the programs that welcome and support students of differing backgrounds.
