A brief description of the water metering employed:
Where the water enters each building a meter is in place that registers the amount of water that goes into the building. The meters have wire transmitters that send the data back to the water plant. The URL attached is the site on which one can see the real time data. Also there is a water metering dashboard which displays water usage in the Chancellor's House.
