A brief description of the program:
All items left in dorm rooms are saved for the Really Free Market, which is an event held annually each May and August as a venue for Fairbanks to adopt abandoned items for their own use. All electronic items left over from the Market are given to Interior Alaska Green Star (http://www.iagreenstar.org/) to be recycled without the usual fee.
