UAF Sustainability Curriculum Definition
Developed by the Sustainability Curriculum Definition Committee in the spring of 2011. The committee consisted of Richard Wies, Craig Gerlach, Terry Chapin and Michael Koskey.
Sustainability in Curriculum Definition
Sustainability curriculum at University of Alaska, Fairbanks addresses the integration of cultural, economic, environmental, and energy components and supports projects and perspectives that have positive impacts on future resources, ecosystem health, and human wellbeing.

d) Cross references courses in course description document, and identify as SF, SR, or neither
4) Faculty/researcher survey to identify courses
a) Develop survey based on STARS resources
b) Announce survey to department chairs
c) Disperse survey across campus

e) Add courses identified by faculty to the list started by the keyword search
5) Manually go through courses to identify courses which may have been missed
