Does the institution use a centralized energy management system that allows it to track energy consumption and performance in multiple buildings in a central location?:
Yes

A brief description of the management system:

UAA’s HVAC systems are automated through a central computerized system that shows building energy use and temperatures.

Additionally, digital energy monitors were installed on all individual buildings at UAA starting in August of 2010 and ending in April of 2011. These monitors were installed by Siemens and UAA's contract with Siemens allows us to track by computer energy consumption and performance on a building by building scale.
