A brief description of the guidelines for franchisees:
Our Dining Services contract provides:
The Contractor shall work with the University to ensure compliance with any sustainability programs currently in place at the University or contemplated during the contract period of performance. As part of the University's efforts toward sustainability, it may require the Contractor to make a good faith effort to abide by mutually agreed upon guidelines for sustainability. Should the University require such sustainability measures, the additional cost, if any, of such measures shall be incorporated into the contract pricing through negotiation between the University and the Contractor.
